Philanthropy - Tour de Wish Lander
"Brian Zinke did a wonderful job with helping the LVHS Student Council to coordinate the 1st Annual Make-A-Wish Tour de Wish event in June 2015 to help celebrate the first wish granted 30 years ago.
Not only did Brian donate prints for the cause, he coordinated the raffle sales through his Facebook page and his display at The Middle Fork restaurant. During the event itself, Brian made himself available for photos by providing, free of charge, photos of the participants and the event itself after which the photos could be purchased from his site. Brian provided his own tent, equipment, and the framed print itself all at no charge. He was great to work with and very willing to help and support us in any manner; it was not a bother to have him join us as he was very reliable and self-sufficient.
Before we agreed to have Brian come on board and provide the official event photography for us, as a Council we looked at his site and examples of his photography and were truly inspired by what we saw. We noted the prices were extremely reasonable for the quality produced as at that time we did not know if we would need to pay for his services.
I, personally, would like to see Brian more involved with our school whether it be at our dances, prom, or any other Student Council event that we host. I will also hopefully have him as our next family photographer as he is unique and creative in his style!
There are plenty of photographers to choose from but Brian Zinke truly stands out for not only his caring, compassionate and easygoing attitude but his love for nature and the outdoors that are captured in a way that no one else has been able to do before.
I highly recommend Brian for your next photo event, whether it be big or small, as he can truly do it all!"
